ARE ITEMS INSTOCK OR PREORDER?

All items are instock, unless stated as preorder.

HOW LONG WILL MY ITEMS TAKE TO BE SHIPPED OUT?

Shipping times vary according to product. Production times are stated in the description of the product listing. For shipping, standard/express options and estimated shipping timelines will be shown to you at checkout once you have added your address.

Please note we do not ship to countries in the EU.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT?

A notification email with tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been shipped out. For items without tracking, it will be stated in the description of the product listing. 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We do not have a return policy. Goods once purchased are non-refundable unless incorrect or defective. All sales are final.
